Ginger-Soy Grilled Tuna Steaks with Lime Drizzle
| 4 Tuna Steaks (5-6 oz. each) |
2 TB Toasted sesame seeds |
| 1 tsp. Ginger (fresh, grated) |
2 TB Cilantro (chopped) |
| 3 TB Soy Sauce |
¼ cup Lime (juiced) |
| 1 TB + 1 tsp. Garlic (fresh, minced) |
¼ cup Honey |
| 2 TB Canola oil |
1 TB Dijon Mustard |
| ½ tsp. Sesame oil |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Prepare a gas or charcoal grill. Rub Tuna with garlic ginger, season with salt
and pepper. Mix soy sauce, canola and sesame oil. Marinate tuna steaks in soy
mixture for 20 minutes. Mix Honey, Dijon, lime juice and with remaining garlic
whisk till blended well. Salt tuna again just before placing on a very hot grill,
cook for 3-4 minutes on each side searing well until cooked to desired temperature
and remove to serving platter. Mix Cilantro with sesame seeds, drizzle lime-honey
mixture on grilled tuna and top with cilantro-sesame seed garnish
